High Profile Theme Projects
 Over the years, we have had the opportunity to work on several unique, Restaurant/Nightclub theme projects like Famous Dave's BBQ and Blues, Planet Hollywood, and Cafe Bauer at the Lincoln Park Zoo. The most exciting concept, the House of Blues located downtown in Chicago's Loop, is a five level, 64,000 Sq. foot entertainment nightclub and restaurant.
Industrial and Processing Plants
 Our experience with industrial plumbing and process piping has earned us large contracts, among them, an 80,000 Sq. foot distribution center for Jewel in Melrose Park, a 60,000 Sq. foot bottling facility for Coca Cola in Niles, a 30,000 Sq. foot expansion for Georgia Nut Company in Skokie, and several expansion phases for Best Foods in Franklin Park.
Specialty Facilities
 In addition to the completion of three hangers at the Palwaukee Airport, we have completed a truck wash facility for Anheuser-Busch in Mt. Prospect, The Illinois Bell Telephone Garages in Bridgeview and 17 Emission testing stations for the State of Illinois .
Retail Projects
 Whether it's the Brick Yard, Oak Brook, Watertower or Woodfield malls, our extensive retail mall experience has gained us trust and respect with all of the major mall management companies throughout the Chicago Metro area. Highlighting our retail work is a three story retail space for Trabert & Hoeffer Jewelers at 111 E. Oak Street in Chicago, Galyans Sporting Goods in Schaumburg, a four story retail store for Prado Milano at 30 E. Oak Street, and a grand, new, four story retail space and restaurant for Ralph Lauren Polo on Michigan Ave.
